How can I purchase La Bella Vita Jewelry? TOP
You can order using our secure shopping cart online, or by visiting us at one of our shows. Just click on our 2008 Show List to find one nearest you. What method of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa When will my item ship? TOP
We will ship your items within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. In the event of an unforeseen delay, you will be contacted the day of your order. If a custom design or special order is placed, a shipping date will be discussed with the customer. What are the shipping fees? TOP
We ship with the United States Postal Service priority mail. The cost is $4.60. per total order, not per individual piece. We do not charge any handling fees. Can you ship to countries outside the US? TOP
Sorry, at this time we do not ship to any other countries. We only ship to the USA. What about sizes? TOP
Most of our jewelry is standard sizing. A standard adult bracelet is 7 1/4" - 7 1/2". A standard adult necklace measures 16" - 18". You will see a size in the description of the piece, or you may see a drop down box in which you can choose a specific size. If you do not see a size listed or you would like to order a piece, but it is not the size you need, please contact us. We handcraft all of our jewelry, so it is very possible that we would be able to make the adjustment to accommodate you before shipping. Many of our items have a sterling silver extender chain built right in to allow for adjustable sizing. Oops, it doesn't quite fit - Does La Bella Vita charge for resizing? TOP
We suggest that you measure carefully before placing your order, but in the event that you receive your item and decide you would like to have the size adjusted, we would be happy to do that for you. Jewelry will be resized the first time for free.
Follow these steps:
1) Contact us so we can let you know where to send it to. 2) Ship it to us or you can drop it off at a show if that is convenient. We recommend that you insure your package. We cannot be responsible for mishandling by delivery services.
3) Make sure you enclose: All of your contact and shipping information.

Although our jewelry is very durable, we understand that things can happen. We stand behind our jewelry and will repair it free of charge, up to one year, as long as you have all of the original pieces. There may be a fee to replace any missing pieces. Just contact us and let know what the problem is. We will tell you where to return it. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return it to us or you can drop it off at a show if that is convenient for you. We recommend that you insure your package. We cannot be responsible for mishandling by delivery services. You will also need to enclose $4.60 for return shipping to get your item back to you unless you make arrangements to pick it up. We are very confident that you will be pleased with your jewelry. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to see what can be done to accommodate you.
Custom designed pieces are not refundable, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
You may return your item under the following conditions:
1) You must contact us within 7 days of your receiving your order and we will let you know where to send it. 2) Your item must be returned in it's unused, original condition with the original price tag attached.
3) You may exchange your item for items of equal or lesser value or you can receive a store credit, to be used withing 6 months from the date of purchase, for the amount of the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
4) Send your item to the address we give you when you contact us. We recommend that you insure your package. We can not be responsible for mishandling by shipping services. 5) Enclose: your reason for return, a copy of your receipt, your contact and shipping information, $4.60 for return shipping (if you're receiving a piece back). Whether you need a custom piece of jewelry for a special occasion, a special outfit, a wedding, or just because, we would love to create a one of a kind piece for you. Just contact us. I don't see a matching piece, can I order a coordinating piece? TOP
Just contact us if you don't see a matching piece, and chances are that because we do handcraft all of our jewelry, we will be able to make you a coordinating piece. Some of the pieces that are one of a kind would depend upon availability of supplies, but we should still be able to create a matching piece for you. Can a piece be made in gold? TOP
Primarily we use sterling silver in the designing of our pieces. although some of the pieces you may see on the website are gold filled. If you see an item that you think you would prefer in gold filled instead of sterling silver, just contact us and we would be happy to let you know if it is possible for us to make it in gold filled. |
